uvb lamp to help treatment and reduce pain

i am wishing for a medium uvb lamp for psoriasis i have always suffered badly but have just been diagnosed with the sero-negative artheritus if it is diagnosed early it can be treated but mine has been mis-diagnosed for 6 yrs and is at a very serious stage the light therepy lamp would make life a bit more bareable £320

hi i`m jo and have been a charity worker all my life i was mis-diagnosed for 6 yrs and now my treatment options are limeted a uvb lamp would help manage my illness and is proven to improve the pain i suffer. i have never asked for help befor and have always been giving . i would appreciated your help so i can feel better and be able to help others again.
