Help towards prescription costs

I suffer from a number of chronic and long term conditions and need some help towards the cost of my medications

Unfortunately I have a few chronic illnesses, including asthma and depression. and I have to pay for all of my medications. I usually manage to stagger the cost of my prescriptions so I pay for one every month or so but this time they've all fallen on the same month. I've managed to pay for two of them but I'm struggling to pay for the remaining two.

I would really love to be able to get my meds before next month to allow me to continue living as close to a normal life as I can and to carry on with my exercise routine as well.
